Join us for an interactive 45 minute Lunch and Learn<\/b> tailored for case managers and community service providers<\/b> working with racialized job seekers with disabilities on Thursday September 12th<\/sup> at noon. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The VOICE Employment training is in its 4th iteration – successfully helping BIPOC – D job seekers navigate the job market and enhance their career prospects. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Over lunch, we will be sharing what we have learnt firsthand working with these unique individuals, employers, and communities. The discoveries made around racism, ableism, and psychological safety – ours and theirs. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We’d like to share our best practices in addressing these identities where they intersect, rather than the silos, while looking for meaningful work, inclusive workplaces, and self-efficacy. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
