She has a proven ability to work in complexity and work at all levels in the organization in planning and implementing strategic and system change. Following her retirement from the Fraser Health Authority\, Grace began volunteering with Vantage Point as a Knowledge Philanthropist providing change management strategic planning\, and board fundamental workshops to non-profit organizations. She also provides change management workshops on a contract basis to a variety of organizations.  Grace is currently an instructor with the UBC Change Management certificate program.  She has served on the Board of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Vancouver Chapter as President and Treasurer.
