With over eight years of diverse experience\, Nicolette has developed expertise in recruitment\, selection\, and onboarding across the hospitality\, nonprofit\, and engineering sectors. \nBaisakhi Roy\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nModerator\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBaisakhi Roy is a writer and journalist based in Oakville. Her work has been published in several leading Canadian media outlets including The Globe and Mail\, Toronto Star\, Toronto Life\, Chatelaine\, Broadview and CBC. Her areas of interest and expertise lie in the intersections of immigrant life and culture in Canada.
