The research is funded by the Ministry of Jobs\, Trade\, and Technology (JTT) and focuses on the support services that post-secondary institutions (PSIs) and service provider organizations (SPOs) that receive BC Settlement and Integration Services (BC-SIS) funding offer to international students. \nNicole Armos and Ismaël Traoré will share key findings from the research\, including an outline of the support services international students need\, an analysis of the barriers and challenges to delivering and accessing support services\, and trends in support service delivery and coordination between PSIs and SPOs. \nAdditionally\, they will share recommendations to enhance cross-sector collaboration between SPOs and PSIs\, and introduce a series of tools AMSSA developed to build capacity for collaboration.
