Online Order - Canada
The AMSSA Store will process orders for 1 to 9 Calendars for shipment within Canada. You can order any number of calendars by downloading the order form and mailing, faxing or phoning in your order.
Each Multifaith Calendar costs $15.95 + tax + shipping & handling (discounts for bulk orders are available)
Tax Rates:
- 5% GST on the total of orders shipped to AB, SK, MB, PE, YU, NT, NU;
- 13% HST on the total of orders shipped to ON, NB, NL
- 15% HST on the total of orders shipped to NS
- 5% GST on the total of the order + 7.5% PST on the total including GST for QC
- 1-2 Calendars is $7.00 per order throughout Canada
- 2 or more: $18.00 for orders throughout Canada
- Additional charges may apply for remote destinations
You do not need to have a PayPal account. You can use your credit card at PayPal's fully secure site.
