The Toolkit: CIC Contracting, Procurement & Financial Reporting is part of the work that AMSSA has undertaken to support Service Provider Organizations (SPOs) in British Columbia (BC) during the transition of settlement services from Provincial to Federal oversight.
This Toolkit is a collection of resources and is divided into three sections:

- Information on the CIC Call for Proposals
- Information on Negotiating and Managing CIC Contribution Agreements

CIC Financial Management – On April 23, 2014, AMSSA hosted an E-Symposium on CIC Financial Management. The e-symposium featured two presentations on the process of managing, monitoring and reporting of contribution agreements with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

CIC Basic Service Provider Information Form – This form provides CIC with basic information about your organization, including address, incorporation number and legal signing officers.

CIC News Release: Call for Proposals for Settlement Services in British Columbia – Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has issued a Call for Proposals for the delivery of settlement services in British Columbia. The new funding level for BC has also been announced at $100.6 million in 2013-14.
