We offer training for workplaces, employers, employees and volunteers who are interested in exploring the value of diversity in their work and having meaningful discussions and reflections on what it means to be an inclusive workplace.
Safe Harbour group training is a two-part workshop. Part 1 is an online, interactive workshop that takes approximately 1 hour. The goal of part 1 is to develop a common understanding of diversity and some of the issues that lead to exclusion and discrimination. It is important to complete the e-learning workshop before the in-person workshop because it will prepare you and the facilitator for a more meaningful conversation.
Part 2 is a 1.5 -2 hour facilitated workshop with your team, lead by one of our skilled facilitators. You will be encouraged to share your experiences and stories and get to know one another more as you co-develop ideas for making your workplace more inclusive. Facilitated Safe Harbour training is excellent for team building. Find out about the benefits of our blended training here.
For organizations wanting to explore diversity and inclusion in a more specific context – custom training is available.
