We have over 50+ booths in a large hall and a medium sized room available; perhaps your organization would like to add great value to the largest Multicultural Health Fair in Canada. You will receive recognition in the Fair Program, media promotions and on the Health Fair 2006 Web page.

Guidelines and Application

Fair Exhibitor Guidelines, a Booth Pricing Schedule and Application Form are attached in PDF.  Please print the application form, complete in writing and return all completed applications by January 25, 2006 so that we may include you in all our Fair promotions.

You can also indicate your interest by filling out our on-line pre-registration and we will then send you a package via e-mail or regular mail. You can also download the PDF application package from this site.

BOOTH PRICING                 

Booth Includes:

• Size: 8’ x 8’ space
• One 6’ long x 2’ wide table, covered & skirted, 
• 2 chairs,
• 8’ high pipe back drape
• 4’ side drape

The Booth space does NOT include: lighting, power supply, carpeting, telephone line, audio-visual equipment, etc. Some of the amenities are available on request, please contact Show in Motion for pricing details.
