Tuning into Temperament

Understanding each child’s unique temperament enables us to support their emotional needs effectively.  Learn strategies for helping spirited and active children organize their feelings and creating a sense of safety for cautious ones in new situations.  Explore the 9 different temperament traits, focusing on our child’s strengths & matching our parenting to our child’s temperament

(A 5-year research project about immigrant women and youth (19-25 yrs.) survivors of relationship violence.  The research will highlight the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and identify coping strategies. The project will culminate in an interactive app for support and education.)
