The Muslim Food Bank Community Services and ASPIRE presents a one-day workshop: Speaking and Listening to Connect: An Introduction to Compassionate Communication
When: Saturday, October 14, 2017, 10:30 am – 4:45 pm
Where: Room 401, Surrey City Centre Library
Fee: Pay what you can, suggest general admission is $50.00
For Muslim Food Bank Volunteers, seniors and students $25.00 (smaller and larger amounts welcome)
In this fun and lively workshop, participants will learn the basics of compassion communication. You will learn how to listen and speak with intention to ourselves and others, so we can understand, be understood, and connect to each other.
